Ingredients
1 oz Reposado tequila
1/2 oz Apricot liqueur
1/3 oz Gentian liqueur
1/2 oz Lemon juice
1 2/3 oz Bitter lemon tonic
How to make
Serve in a highball (max 10oz/300ml)
- 1 STIR first 4 ingredients with ice and strain into ice-filled glass
- 2 TOP with bitter lemon tonic.

This drink is an adaptation of a recipe provided by Christine Lavall from France. She, in turn, attributes the recipe to "an elderly friend who worked in a bar for many years in France."
