3/4 oz Lychee liqueur
1 dash Absinthe

  2. 2 Prepare garnish of skewered lychee.

  1. 3 STIR all ingredients with ice.
  2. 4 STRAIN into chilled glass.

A Lychee Martini with a Manzanilla sherry dryness.

Adapted from a recipe created in 2019 by Kristina Magro, who was the General Manager at Lone Wolf Tavern in Chicago, Illinois. The original recipe was based on 45ml (1½oz) of Monkey 47 gin.
