1 1/2 oz Rye whiskey 50% abv
1/3 oz Chartreuse Green
1/3 oz Lime juice
1/6 oz Sugar syrup 'rich' (2:1)
3 oz Strawberry soda

How to make

Serve in a collins glass

Prepare

  1. 1 Select and pre-chill a COLLINS GLASS.
  2. 2 Prepare garnish of strawberry with mint sprig tip.

Method

  1. 3 SHAKE first 4 ingredients with ice.
  2. 4 STRAIN into ice-filled glass whilst also pouring soda.

Garnish

  1. 5 Garnish with strawberry with mint sprig tip leaves.
