1 1/3 oz Reposado tequila
1/2 oz Triple sec
2/3 oz Lime juice
1/2 oz Sugar syrup 'rich' (2:1)
4 Unspecified
Xanthan gum (E415)

How to make

Serve in a coupe glass

Prepare

  1. 1 Select and pre-chill a COUPE GLASS.
  2. 2 Prepare garnish of strawberry with mint sprig tip.

Method

  1. 3 DRY BLEND (without ice) first 5 ingredients (all but Xanthan gum) on a slow setting and then gradually add Xanthan while continuing to blend.
  2. 4 Add two-thirds full 7oz scoop of crushed ice and BLEND some more.
  3. 5 POUR into chilled glass.

Garnish

  1. 6 Garnish with strawberry on rim.
