2 oz Gin
4 fresh Mint leaves
1 fresh Basil leaves
1/4 oz Sugar syrup 'rich' (2:1)
1 oz Orange juice
1/2 oz Lemon juice
Top up with Soda water
How to make
Serve in a old-fashioned glass
- 1 MUDDLE strawberries in base of shaker
- 2 SHAKE next six ingredients with ice and fine strain into ice-filled glass
- 3 TOP with soda.
