Ingredients
1 2/3 oz Strawberry flavoured vodka
5/6 oz Strawberry purée
2/3 oz Lemon juice
1/3 oz Sugar syrup 'rich' (2:1)
2 1/2 oz Soda water
How to make
Serve in a collins glass

- 1 Select and pre-chill a COLLINS GLASS.
- 2 Prepare garnish of half strawberry.
Method
- 3 SHAKE first 4 ingredients with ice.
- 4 STRAIN into ice-filled glass.
- 5 TOP with soda.
