1 oz Acqua Bianca liqueur
1/2 oz Rosolio Bergamotto
1/2 oz Pink grapefruit juice
3 oz Prosecco
How to make
Serve in a flute glass
Prepare
- 1 Select and pre-chill a FLUTE GLASS.
- 2 Prepare garnish of lemon zest twist.
Method
- 3 POUR first 3 ingredients into ice-filled glass.
- 4 TOP with prosecco and briefly stir.
Garnish
- 5 EXPRESS lemon zest twist over the cocktail and use as garnish.
