1 1/2 oz Fino sherry
1/2 oz Chartreuse Green
1/2 oz Elderflower liqueur
4 drop Lime bitters

How to make

Serve in a nick & nora glass

Prepare

  1. 1 Select and pre-chill a NICK & NORA GLASS.
  2. 2 Prepare garnish of lime zest twist and half-moon lime slice.

Method

  1. 3 STIR all ingredients with ice.
  2. 4 FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.

Garnish

  1. 5 Express lime zest twist over cocktail and discard.
  2. 6 Garnish with half-moon lime slice on rim.

An aperitivo with floral and herbal notes.

This recipe was adapted from a 2007 creation by Kitty Gallisá. It originated at Nopa in San Francisco, California. The original recipe used 45ml (1½oz) manzanilla sherry, 15ml (½oz) V.E.P. Chartreuse, and 15ml (½oz) elderflower liqueur.
