1 1/2 oz Soave wine
1/2 oz Limoncello liqueur
1/2 oz Elderflower liqueur
1 1/2 oz Soda water

How to make

Serve in a wine glass

Prepare

  1. 1 Select and pre-chill a WINE GLASS.
  2. 2 Prepare garnish of lemon zest twist and elderflower blossom when in season.

  1. 3 POUR all ingredients into chilled glass.
  2. 4 FILL glass with ice.

  1. 5 EXPRESS lemon zest twist over cocktail and use as garnish (along with elderflower blossom).
