2 dried Clove
2 oz Cognac (brandy)
3 oz Apple juice
Float Whipping cream

How to make

Serve in a toddy glass

  1. 1 MUDDLE cloves in base of shaker
  2. 2 Add cognac and apple juice
  3. 3 SHAKE without ice and fine strain into glass
  4. 4 WARM in microwave then FLOAT double cream over drink.
