Ingredients
1 oz Mezcal
2/3 oz Blanco tequila
1/3 oz Spicy mango syrup
1/2 oz Mango purée
3/4 oz Lime juice
2 1/2 oz Ginger beer
How to make
Serve in a collins glass
Prepare
- 1 Select and pre-chill a COLLINS GLASS.
- 2 RIM glass with Tajín seasoning (moisten outside edge with lime or orange juice and drip into Tajín).
- 3 Prepare garnish of mango wedge.
Method
- 4 SHAKE first 5 ingredients with ice.
- 5 STRAIN into ice-filled glass whilst also pouring ginger beer.
Garnish
- 6 Garnish with mango wedge on rim.
