Ingredients

1 inch Cucumber (fresh)
1 slice red chili pepper
1 1/2 oz Blanco tequila
3/4 oz Triple sec
3/4 oz Lime juice
1/6 oz Agave syrup
3 drop Saline solution 4:1

How to make

Serve in a old-fashioned glass

Prepare

  1. 1 Select and pre-chill an OLD-FASHIONED GLASS.
  2. 2 RIM glass with Tajín seasoning (moisten outside edge with lime or orange juice and drip into Tajín).
  3. 3 Prepare garnish of cucumber slices.

Method

  1. 4 MUDDLE cucumber and chili in base of shaker.
  2. 5 Add other ingredients and SHAKE with ice.
  3. 6 FINE STRAIN into ice-filled glass.

  1. 7 Garnish with cucumber slices.
