- 3 DRY SHAKE all ingredients (without ice) to emulsify.
- 4 SHAKE again with ice.
- 5 FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.

- 6 Garnish with 3 drops of Creole-style bitters dropped on and pulled through foam with a cocktail stick.
