History

Americano Bianco can be used instead of Lillet Blanc in this tasty aperitivo.

Michael Madrusan, of The Everleigh in Melbourne, created this drink in Summer 2007. He named it for the South Slopes area of Brooklyn, where he was living at the time. The recipe is sourced from Jim Meehan's 2011 book, The PDT Cocktail Book.
