Ingredients

1/24 oz Orange flower water
1 oz Peated malt whisky
1 oz Red bitter liqueur
1 oz Dry vermouth

How to make

Serve in a old-fashioned glass

  1. 1 MIST or rinse chilled glass with orange blossom water and set aside
  2. 2 STIR other ingredients with ice and strain into orange blossom rinsed glass filled with fresh ice.

Benny McKew created this variation on the classic Negroni. Gary "gaz" Regan helped to popularize this cocktail through his writings. The Islay single malt that featured in this drink was originally Ardbeg Ten.
