History
A Tommy's Margarita made "smoky" with a generous splash of mezcal.
Stelios Papadopoulos created the original recipe at his Barro Negro bar in Athens, Greece. Papadopoulos told us that "it's a twist on our beloved Tommy's Margarita that I came up with back in 2011." His original recipe consists of 40ml blanco tequila, 10ml mezcal (Espadin), 15ml organic agave syrup, and 30ml lime juice.
