1 1/3 oz Scotch whisky
2/3 oz Gentian liqueur
2/3 oz Aromatized wine

How to make

Serve in a copita sherry glass

Prepare

  1. 1 Select and pre-chill a COPITA SHERRY GLASS.
  2. 2 Prepare garnish of smouldering cinnamon stick.

Method

  1. 3 STIR all ingredients with ice.
  2. 4 FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.

  1. 5 Garnish with smouldering cinnamon stick.

History

Dry, lightly bitter and delicately spirituous. Suitable as an aperitif.

This cocktail is adapted from a 2017 creation by Andrew 'Drew' Chigorimbo, who was working at J Boroski in Hong Kong at the time. The drink's name comes from Drew's original recipe's use of Chivas Mizunara.
