History
A peated whisky-forward Boulevardier served straight-up with mole bitters offering subtly spiced cacao notes. A delicious, bittersweet aperitivo or late-night drink.
This is a variation on the Left Hand, created by Sam Ross. It belongs to a series of "Hand" cocktails developed around 2006 at Milk & Honey in Manhattan, New York City. The book Sasha Petraske Regarding Cocktails, published in 2016, mentions these drinks.
