Ingredients

1 1/2 oz Mezcal
1/2 oz Chilli liqueur
3/4 oz Pink grapefruit juice
1/2 oz Lime juice
1/4 oz Agave syrup
1 1/2 oz Pink grapefruit soda

How to make

Serve in a collins glass

Prepare

  1. 1 Select and pre-chill a COLLINS GLASS.
  2. 2 RIM glass with cinnamon powder and chili salt (moisten outside edge with lime or orange juice and dip into salt).

Method

  1. 3 SHAKE first 5 ingredients with ice.
  2. 4 STRAIN into ice-filled glass.
  3. 5 TOP with grapefruit soda.

Garnish

  1. 6 No additional garnish. (The preprepared rim is garnish enough.)
