1/12 oz Mezcal
1 1/2 oz Reposado tequila
1/2 oz Applejack brandy
1/2 oz Pear liqueur
1 dash Barrel-aged bitters

How to make

Serve in a old-fashioned glass

Prepare

  1. 1 Select and pre-chill an OLD-FASHIONED GLASS.
  2. 2 Prepare garnish of pear wedge.

Method

  1. 3 RINSE chilled glass with mezcal (swirl around to coat and discard excess) and set to one side.
  2. 4 STIR other ingredients with ice.
  3. 5 STRAIN into mezcal-rinsed glass.
  4. 6 FILL glass with ice.

Garnish

  1. 7 Garnish with pear wedge.
