Ingredients

10 fresh Mint leaves
2 oz Gin
3/4 oz Orgeat syrup
3/4 oz Lemon juice
2 dash Orange bitters

How to make

Serve in a zombie or collins glass

Prepare

  1. 1 Select and pre-chill a ZOMBIE OR COLLINS GLASS.
  2. 2 Prepare garnish of edible flowers (preferably orchid) and mint sprigs.

Method

  1. 3 SHAKE all ingredients with ice.
  2. 4 FINE STRAIN into glass filled with crushed ice.
  3. 5 CHURN to integrate and top with more crushed ice.
