Flavour profile
History
This drink is well-described by 'sugar, spice, and all things nice', though its name is Sinnerman. The Panela sugar, in this case, provides flavour over sweetness, making for a surprisingly dry coffee and cacao drink, with rosso vermouth adding richness.
This drink is based on a 2019 creation by Marco Riccetti, who developed it at the Inside cocktail bar in Torino, Italy.
