2/3 oz Gin
1/3 oz Bourbon whiskey
1/6 oz Chinato (Barolo/Barbera/Grignolino)
Top up with Ginger beer
How to make
Serve in a highball (max 10oz/300ml)
- 1 SHAKE first 4 ingredients with ice and strain into ice-filled glass
- 2 Top with ginger beer.
