History
Wonderfully floral, with rose and raspberry flavours, dry vermouth balances.
This drink was first made in 2017 at The Beaufort Bar, located in The Savoy Hotel, London. It was created to honor Marilyn Monroe and her time spent at the hotel in 1956. The actress, who was in England to film The Prince and the Showgirl with Laurence Olivier, held a press conference at the Hotel during her stay. The Beaufort Bar's initial preparation involved infusing rosebuds, rose petals, and hibiscus flowers. Their original recipe specified Dom Perignon Champagne and a "homemade Aperol Cordial".
