1 oz Gentian liqueur
1 oz Bianco/blanco vermouth
1/2 oz Fino sherry
1/2 oz Gin

How to make

Serve in a coupe glass

Prepare

  1. 1 Select and pre-chill a COUPE GLASS.
  2. 2 Prepare garnish of lemon zest twist.

  1. 3 STIR all ingredients with ice.
  2. 4 STRAIN into chilled glass.

Garnish

  1. 5 EXPRESS lemon zest twist over the cocktail and use as garnish.

History

A delicious, low-alcohol, bittersweet palate sharpener. While many expect Negronis served on the rocks, its aromatics and nuances are best appreciated straight-up.

This is adapted from a recipe created in 2025 by Steven Dragun, the US ambassador for Lustau Sherry. It was originally made with Lustau Vermut Bianco as the vermouth.
