Ingredients
2 oz Oloroso sherry
3/4 oz Triple sec
1 oz Orange juice
1 oz Pineapple juice
1/2 oz Lemon juice
1/3 oz Grenadine syrup
2 dash Aromatic bitters
How to make
Serve in a collins glass
Prepare
- 1 Select and pre-chill a COLLINS GLASS.
- 2 Prepare garnish of strawberry and mint sprigs bouquet.
Method
- 3 POUR all ingredients into chilled glass two-thirds filled with crushed ice.
- 4 SWIZZLE until the outside of the glass is frosted.
- 5 FILL glass with more crushed ice.

- 6 Garnish with strawberry on rim and mint sprigs bouquet.
