1 1/2 oz Peated malt whisky
1/3 oz Cherry brandy
2 dash Creole bitters
6 drop Saline solution 4:1
4 oz Cola

How to make

Serve in a collins glass

Prepare

  1. 1 Select and pre-chill a COLLINS GLASS.
  2. 2 Prepare garnish of skewered Luxardo Maraschino Cherries and atomiser of peated whisky.

Method

  1. 3 POUR all ingredients into pre-chilled, ice-filled glass.
  2. 4 Briefly STIR.

Garnish

  1. 5 Garnish with skewered cherries and mist with 3 sprays of peated whisky from atomiser.
