Ingredients

1 oz Peated malt whisky
1 oz Mezcal
2/3 oz Lime juice
1/2 oz Orgeat syrup
2 dash Celery bitters
1 dash Aromatic bitters
2 drop Saline solution 4:1

How to make

Serve in a coupe glass

Prepare

  1. 1 Select and pre-chill a COUPE GLASS.
  2. 2 Prepare garnish of aromatic bitters &/or dehydrated lime slice wheel.

Method

  1. 3 SHAKE all ingredients with ice.
  2. 4 FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.

Garnish

  1. 5 Garnish with line of aromatic bitters dashed across foamy head &/or float dehydrated lime slice wheel.

This drink was adapted from a recipe by Alejandro Olivares, who created it around 2019 while working at Under Current in Salt Lake City, Utah.
