Ingredients
3 fresh Cherry tomato (fresh)
1 1/2 oz Light white rum
1/2 oz Elderflower liqueur
1/2 oz Grenadine syrup
3/4 oz Lemon juice
How to make
Serve in a coupe glass
- 1 MUDDLE tomatoes in base of shaker
- 2 Add other ingredients, SHAKE with ice and fine strain into chilled glass.

This contains tomatoes but is not a Bloody Mary. Possibly a tad sweet, but complex nonetheless.
