History
This Daiquiri exhibits a particularly delicate sweet and sour balance.
This version of the SANTIAGO COCKTAIL is adapted from Harry Craddock's 1930 The Savoy Cocktail Book. It calls for two dashes of Grenadine, two dashes of lemon juice, and one glass of Bacardi Rum, all shaken well and strained into a cocktail glass.
