History

Mezcal, cinnamon and bittersweet Fernet are big-hitting flavours combining brilliantly in this characterful yet harmonious cocktail.

Regina Butler created this cocktail in 2013 at Blackbird Bar in San Francisco, USA. Her original recipe called for Fernet Vallet, a Mexican amaro that is regrettably not available in the UK.
