1/3 oz Sugar syrup 'rich' (2:1)
1/2 oz Brut sparkling wine

- 1 Select and pre-chill a COUPE GLASS.
- 2 SHAKE first 4 ingredients with ice.
- 3 FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.
- 4 TOP with sparkling wine.
