2/3 oz Manzanilla sherry
1/3 oz Lychee liqueur
Olive brine

How to make

Serve in a martini glass

Prepare

  1. 1 Select and pre-chill a MARTINI GLASS.
  2. 2 Skewered stoned tinned lychee or peeled and stoned fresh lychee.

Method

  1. 3 STIR all ingredients with ice.
  2. 4 STRAIN into chilled glass.

Garnish

  1. 5 Garnish with skewered lychee. (Use tongs to position the lychee, hole side down, in the base of a chilled glass. Then insert your cocktail stick.)
