2 oz Gin
1/2 oz Manzanilla sherry
1/2 oz Bianco/blanco vermouth
1/4 oz Chilli liqueur
3 dash Celery bitters
3 drop Saline solution 4:1

How to make

Serve in a martini glass

Prepare

  1. 1 Select and pre-chill a MARTINI GLASS.
  2. 2 Prepare garnish of sweety drop red pepper.

Method

  1. 3 STIR all ingredients with ice.
  2. 4 FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.

Garnish

  1. 5 Garnish with a sweet red drop pepper in cocktail.
