History

A riff on the G&T, offering grapefruit and bittersweet notes.

This drink is adapted from a 2013 creation by Khristian de la Torre at Maison Artemisia in Mexico City. "Salmoncito" translates to 'little salmon', a name inspired by the cocktail's hue and the appearance of its grapefruit supreme garnish—a segment of grapefruit with its pith and membrane removed—which resembles a salmon swimming towards the ice.
