History
Subtle pine, pastis and sage notes combine in this pre-dinner sipper.
Jason Knowles, of Hixter Bankside, London, England, created this drink in 2017. His original recipe called for Tarquin's Cornish Pastis and a sage-infused sugar syrup. The history of the Sazerac cocktail can be found on our Sazerac cocktail page.
