1 1/2 oz Aged rum (6-10yr)
3/4 oz Pedro Ximénez sherry
1/3 oz Coffee liqueur
3/4 oz Espresso coffee (hot)

Serve in a martini glass

- 1 Select and pre-chill a MARTINI GLASS.
- 2 Prepare garnish of coffee beans and skewered raisins.

- 3 SHAKE all ingredients with ice.
- 4 FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.

- 5 Garnish with 3 coffee beans floated on surface and skewered raisins.
