1 1/2 oz Gin
1 oz Amaro (e.g. Montenegro)
3/4 oz Bénédictine D.O.M.
8 drop Grapefruit bitters
2 oz Tonic water

How to make

Serve in a highball (max 10oz/300ml)

Prepare

  1. 1 Select and pre-chill a HIGHBALL (MAX 10OZ/300ML) GLASS.
  2. 2 Prepare garnish of orange zest twist.

Method

  1. 3 STIR first 4 ingredients with ice.
  2. 4 POUR tonic water over the cocktail in your stirring glass/tin.
  3. 5 STRAIN into ice-filled glass.

Garnish

  1. 6 EXPRESS orange zest twist over the cocktail and use as garnish.
