- 1 Select and pre-chill a FLUTE GLASS.
- 2 Prepare garnish of heart-shaped strawberry slice.

- 3 MUDDLE strawberries in base of shaker.
- 4 Add liqueur and lemon juice, SHAKE with ice.
- 5 FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.
- 6 TOP with sparkling wine and briefly stir.

- 7 Garnish with strawberry slice on rim.
