1 1/2 oz Scotch whisky
1 1/2 oz Tawny port
1/2 oz Orange juice
1/4 oz Sugar syrup 'rich' (2:1)
2 dash Orange bitters

How to make

Serve in a rocks glass

Method

  1. 1 Select and pre-chill a ROCKS GLASS.
  2. 2 Prepare garnish of orange zest twist (discarded) and rosemary sprig.
  3. 3 SHAKE all ingredients with ice.
  4. 4 STRAIN into ice-filled glass.
