2 oz Blanco tequila
3/4 oz Lime juice
1/4 oz Sugar syrup 'rich' (2:1)
1/2 oz Ginger syrup
1 fresh Jalapeno slice
2 dash Rose water

How to make

Serve in a coupe glass

Method

  1. 1 Select and pre-chill a COUPE GLASS.
  2. 2 Prepare garnish of rose-Sea salt rim (optional)Rose petal (optional).
  3. 3 SHAKE all ingredients with ice.
  4. 4 FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.

History

A refreshing Margarita, with subtle ginger, pepper spice and rose notes. Half a barspoon of jalapeno oil can substitute the jalapeno slice. Chilli liqueur also works well.
