2 oz Dry vermouth
1/2 oz Bénédictine D.O.M.
1/2 oz Manzanilla sherry
4 dash Absinthe
10 drop Lactic acid solution
3 drop Saline solution 4:1

How to make

Serve in a nick & nora glass

Prepare

  1. 1 Select and pre-chill a NICK & NORA GLASS.
  2. 2 Prepare garnish of lemon zest twist and edible Chrysanthemum flower (when in season).

Method

  1. 3 STIR all ingredients with ice.
  2. 4 FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.

Garnish

  1. 5 EXPRESS lemon zest twist over cocktail and garnish with an edible Chrysanthemum flower.
