- 2 Prepare garnish of long lemon and orange zest plaited strings, mint sprigs and Luxardo Maraschino Cherry.

- 4 STRAIN into glass filled with crushed ice.

A coffee cocktail with bourbon, almond, and orange, served tall and blended.
This recipe is adapted from the 1963 private papers of Joe Scialom. Scialom was a bartender celebrated for his Caribbean cocktails and was featured in Jeff "Beachbum" Berry's 2014 book, Potions of the Caribbean, from which this recipe is sourced. Joe created this cocktail while he was managing the L'Ellisse Supper Club of the Cavalieri Hilton in Rome, Italy.
