2 oz Cognac (brandy)
1 oz Raspberry liqueur
2 oz Soda water

How to make

Serve in a collins glass

  1. 1 SHAKE first 2 ingredients with ice and strain into ice-filled glass
  2. 2 TOP with soda, lightly stir and serve with straws.

This bright red, fruity drink is simple yet tasty.

This classic cocktail is named in honor of Count Louis Philippe Joseph de Roffignac. He served as the Mayor of New Orleans from 1820 to 1828 and was notable for introducing streetlights to the city and initiating the paving of roads in the French Quarter with cobblestones.
