3/4 oz Amontillado sherry
3/4 oz White port
1/3 oz Sugar syrup 'rich' (2:1)
1 dash Orange bitters

  2. 2 Prepare garnish of orange and lemon wheel slices.
  3. 3 SHAKE all ingredients with ice.
  4. 4 FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.
