History

This rum-based Negroni may make you wonder why gin Negronis were previously preferred. The Right Hand is usually served straight-up in a coupe but serving on-the-rocks in an old-fashioned glass is an alternative.

This is an adaptation of a recipe created between 2007 and 2008 by Michael McIlroy at Milk & Honey in New York City, USA.
