3/4 oz Orange-red aperitivo
3/4 oz Lime juice
3 drop Saline solution 4:1

Serve in a coupe glass

  1. 1 Select and pre-chill a COUPE GLASS.
  2. 2 Prepare garnish of lime wedge or mini broomstick.

  1. 3 SHAKE all ingredients with ice.
  2. 4 FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.

  1. 5 Garnish with lime wedge on rim or mini broomstick rested across rim.
