- 1 Select and pre-chill an OLD-FASHIONED GLASS.
- 2 Prepare garnish of orange zest twist and rhubarb stick.

- 3 STIR all ingredients with ice.
- 4 STRAIN into ice-filled glass (preferably over a large cube or chunk of block ice).
Garnish
- 5 EXPRESS orange zest twist over cocktail and discard.
- 6 Garnish with rhubarb as stirrer.

This cocktail is a variation on a drink created in 2011 by Jonathan Abarbanel. The original was made at Quo Vadis, in London, England, and featured gin infused with rhubarb.
