Ingredients
4 inch Lemongrass stem
2 oz Gin
1 1/2 oz Rhubarb syrup
1/6 oz Sugar syrup 'rich' (2:1)
How to make
Serve in a martini glass
- 1 MUDDLE lemongrass in base of shaker
- 2 Add other ingredients, SHAKE all ingredients with ice and fine strain into chilled glass.
