Ingredients
2 oz Reposado tequila
1/2 oz Black raspberry liqueur
3/4 oz Lemon juice
1/2 oz Agave syrup
1 dash Orange bitters
Top up with Ginger beer
How to make
Serve in a collins glass

- 1 Select and pre-chill a COLLINS GLASS.
- 2 Prepare garnish of lemon and lime zest twists.
Method
- 3 SHAKE first 5 ingredients with ice.
- 4 STRAIN into ice-filled glass whilst also pouring ginger beer.

- 5 EXPRESS lemon and lime zest twists over cocktail and use both for garnish.
